DEMO REEL MID 2020
Recently I completed a 3-year project with Apple, Inc. as a Visual Effects Supervisor / Colorist and Technical Director for the Retail Store Video Wall. The Retail Store Video Wall is a movie screen sized LED display used in Apple Stores around the world to display ultra-high resolution content that ranges from live action footage to computer generated animation. This is the same LED technology used on shows like ‘The Mandalorian’.
From its inception, I was an instrumental contributor to the development and deployment of the project and thereafter an integral part of the creative content production team.
As the client side VFX / Colorist / Technical Lead for Apple my responsibilities included advising Apple executives, creatives, and producers on various technical and creatives issues. In addition I worked closely with external vendors creating 6k CGI and live action content. Other responsibilities included bidding / scheduling shows, pipeline and technology development, evaluating hardware and software, on-set live action supervision, basic cinematography (Alexa) and leading a team of artists for in-house content creation.
The clips below are a small sampling of some of the projects I worked on and were created by the very talented team at LOGAN.TV.
